TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By confirmation of your booking you agree to all the terms and conditions as set out below.

Tour Inclusions: As specified on Rate Sheet

Payment: SEIT Outback Australia will require full payment 30 days BEFORE touring commences unless otherwise negotiated.

Agents are offered commissionable rates on application.

For private Charters and Group bookings a 10% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. Bookings are not confirmed and will not be honoured until your deposit has been received.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

SEIT Outback Australia operates these and other tours into remote and isolated areas SEIT Outback Australia reserves the right to to alter itineraries, accommodation and transport in any way that may be necessary due to changes in road, weather, cultural reasons, mechanical defects or any change in operational conditions.

Any personal expenses incurred by clients as a result of any delay or alteration of any tour due to reasons lited above, are the responsibility of the client. Arrival and departure times are not guaranteed and SEIT Outback Australia will strive to run all tours to meet transport connections however wll not be responsible for failure to make connection with any other services due to circumstances beyond our control.

SEIT Outback Australia will not accept any responsibility for any injury or loss of any type arising in any manner as a result of negligence or otherwise, for any product or operator not operated by SEIT Outback Australia.

We strongly reccommend that you arrange adequate travel insurance to protect against sickness / accident; loss of luggage and any costs incurred including cancellation charges.

SEIT Outback Australia provides experiences by a third party and takes no responsibility for loss, damage or injury arising in any manner as the result of negligence from this third party.
